I like that philosophy of doing everything in the wine process, form the viticulture process to the wine making and finally the commercialisation.
I believe that wines are made first in the vineyard. You can make great wine out of great grapes you can make poor wine out of grate grapes but you will never make a great wine out of poor grapes so good starting material, good grapes that’s the most fundamental part of the process. Ones you get the grapes you start making decisions.
